Cassie Taylor
Cassie Taylor is the Vice President of Investment Real Estate at Hubbard Realty, bringing over a decade of experience in property management, acquisitions, and investment strategy. As a licensed real estate broker, Cassie leads the firm’s investment division, overseeing deal flow, asset performance, and client relations across a diverse portfolio.
Known for her strategic mindset and commitment to service, Cassie manages transactions from initial opportunity through closing and long-term optimization. She plays a key leadership role within Hubbard’s property management team, providing guidance and operational oversight.
Cassie is an active member of the real estate community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS®. She is a past president of the Association’s Property Management Division and has been recognized with industry honors including “Manager of the Year” and “Rising Star.”
Briana Robinson
Briana Robinson is the Accounts Payable Specialist at Hubbard Realty. She recently relocated to North Carolina from New Jersey, where she served as a financial services representative payee for clients with mental illness and disabilities in the Atlantic County region. With over 10 years of customer service experience and five years in healthcare, Briana brings strong attention to detail, compassion, and dedication to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and exploring the great outdoors.
Brittanie Arriel
Brittanie Arriel is an experienced professional with over ten years in property management, specializing in both residential and commercial sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, which she earned in 2017 from Southern New Hampshire University. Brittanie currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Brand Innovation, as well as the Commercial Lease Administrator. In addition to her property management expertise, she is a licensed Realtor and an active member of the local WSRAR chapter. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband, two boys, and her cat, Peach.
Hillary Young
Hillary has been an integral part of Hubbard for over a decade, demonstrating versatility and dedication across various roles. Starting as a data entry temp, Hillary advanced through positions including PM Accounting, Assistant Property Manager, HR & Marketing, and now serves as the Director of HR & Office Administration. Her journey exemplifies a commitment to growth and excellence.
Hillary’s educational achievements include completing a Facilities Maintenance Tech certificate, OSHA Certification, and Universal EPA Certification through Forsyth Tech. A Notary Public, she is also pursuing her SHRM Certification to deepen her expertise in Human Resources. As a recent member of the Winston-Salem SHRM Chapter, Hillary remains dedicated to professional development and networking within the HR community.
Outside of work, Hillary finds joy in spending time with her three wonderful children and enthusiastically coordinating company events, fostering connections and a positive workplace culture.
Janice Irwin
Janice joined Hubbard in May 2022, bringing with her a diverse background in real estate, education, and market research. Prior to her role at Hubbard, she served as an administrator for a real estate school and was a licensed agent. Her career began in market research, where she honed her analytical skills over many years. Janice also holds a master’s degree in education and has worked at the school her children attended, further deepening her connection to the community. Outside of work, Janice enjoys refurbishing vintage furniture and singing in her church choir.

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, I’m proud to be the third generation of my family working in real estate with Hubbard Realty. Growing up, real estate was the topic of conversation more nights than not around our dinner table, and not much has changed. It’s more than a career for me; it’s a fundamental part of who I am. In an industry that often becomes solely focused on the dollars, I take pride in working for a company that does things the right way. Finding ways for everyone involved in a transaction to walk away feeling better for it is the most fulfilling part of the job.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy reading, writing, movies, puttering around on my computer, gardening, golf, and cheering on Wake Forest basketball and Arsenal Football Club. More than anything, I love spending time at my favorite place in the world, Ocracoke Island, with my wife Natalie, our son Declan, and our two mini schnauzers, Bowser and Oliver.

Bruce Hubbard
Bruce Hubbard is the Chief Executive Officer of Hubbard Realty, bringing nearly five decades of experience and leadership to the Winston-Salem real estate community. Bruce began his full-time real estate career in 1975 at Hubbard Realty, a company founded by his family and deeply rooted in the region’s history.
Throughout his distinguished career, Bruce has played a pivotal role in shaping the local real estate landscape. He has served as Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem and as President of the Winston-Salem Association of Realtors, demonstrating his commitment to industry excellence and community advancement.
Bruce’s contributions have been recognized with several of the industry’s highest honors. He is a past recipient of the Associate of the Year award from the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem and was named Realtor of the Year by the Winston-Salem Association of Realtors. In 2024, Bruce was inducted into the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors’ Thomas W. Lambe, Jr. Hall of Fame, a testament to his enduring impact and leadership.
Since 2006, Bruce has served as President of Hubbard Realty, guiding the company through continued growth while upholding the values of integrity, service, and innovation established by its founders. Under his leadership, Hubbard Realty remains dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to clients throughout the Winston-Salem area.
Clay Mize
Clay Mize is the Development Project Manager at Hubbard Realty, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to every project. Raised on a tobacco farm and working in his family’s grading business, Clay learned the value of hard work and attention to detail from an early age.
After earning his degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), Clay went on to own and operate a successful grading company from 2002 to 2019. Following the sale of his business to LeoTerra, he continued to expand his expertise in the industry, serving as Director of Construction and later as Senior Director of Land Acquisition.
Outside of his professional achievements, Clay is dedicated to his family and community. He is the proud father of three girls and serves as an assistant softball coach for Oak Grove Middle and High School. In his free time, Clay enjoys trout fishing and hunting, embracing the outdoors whenever possible.
Clay’s background in both business ownership and large-scale development, combined with his commitment to teamwork and mentorship, make him an invaluable asset to the Hubbard Realty team.
